Troubletimes2 Swim Suit Commercial!

Ok so, this past September we reported that we were having our first ever swim suit shoot with the ever so talented Robert Rios and that we had a surprise that we would later reveal. Well, we can finally share the surprise with all of you!!! Along with the photo shoot, Robert filmed our first ever commercial helping promote our swim wear line. He clearly had a vision that he was out to get and we simply were left in complete shock and amazement at how talented he is. Now, although he was a huge factor in all of this we would like to thank our models once again. Yuen, Ashley and Caitlin Thank you for showing up on time and giving it your all. And of course a BIG thank you to our make up artist Christina Menchero. Without all of your help, talent, and creativity from all of you our swim wear line couldn't of come alive the way that it did. And for that we are so grateful. You would think that after us watching it over a hundred times that we would be sick of it but we aren't. We just love it!! So, here is the premiere of our troubletimes2 swim wear line shoot! Hope you all enjoy.

Behind the scenes Photoshoot with Michael Falco!

We really don't know where to begin. Reason being we feel extremely blessed by continuously getting to meet new and very talented individuals. This past Sunday, we had the opportunity of working for the very first time with the very talented Michael Falco. We also got to meet his beautiful wife Kimberly Falco. She was such a sweetheart! Both of them together make one dynamic duo and one hilarious couple.

This time around, we took a little break from the bathing suits and shot some of our dresses. After all, thats where it all originated from. Models this time around were Yuen, Naty, Estefania and Joy. All veterans from previous shoots with the exception of Joy who was shooting with us for the first time. However, you wouldn't know cause she's a natural.

Makeup this time was done by Kellie Watts. Literally, she has got to be one of the nicest people we have ever encountered and we can say enough nice things about her.

We had a blast during this shoot and only hope to perhaps work with this team in the future.

To Michael and Kim, thank you so much for allowing us to input ideas and thanks soooo much for being so down to earth and well....just fun!!

To our models....what can we say....we simply adore all you guys!

And to Kellie: you kick butt and know how to rock that makeup!!

And now we leave you with some behind the scenes of the shoot, getting ready, etc, etc..

Hooten Photography Shoot

Oh My!!!! It has it been a loooooong time since last we've updated our blog. You know, it's funny ... a year ago today Trouble Times 2 didn't even exist!! And yet, in less than a year here we are!!! We feel we have accomplished so much and now that we have the ball rolling we don't plan on stopping any time soon. A few months ago we shared with you some behind the scene shots from a shoot we did with Hooten Photography. Well, as promised ... we are proud to share with you some of the end product. We can't explain how much fun we had with this shoot. Melba and Scott are great people to work with. Very detail oriented, creative and super nice! We couldn't ask for more. We, once again, had Make Up artist Christina Menchero doing makeup. You can clearly see the MAKE UP looked AWESOME and the girls rocked it in the pictures! And then of course we have our models: Carmen, Naty and Ariel. All the girls were troopers and when I say that I mean it!!! Living in South Florida and having a shoot all day outside is very exhausting. I think we all deserve a pat on our backs for this shoot, from photographers, to makeup, to models, and of course yours truly the designers. We had an absolute BLAST and I really think we all rocked that shoot one way or another!

PS. More pictures soon to come! :)

P.S.S. We have A LOT to update in regards to projects we've been up to .... so make sure to visit back soon!!!!

Troubletimes2 and Making Moves!

A few weeks ago Ketty and myself heard about a online reality show called Making Moves. It's about 3 young entrepreneurs running multiple businesses without help of loans or investors. So, we checked it out, watched a few episodes and fell in love with the concept and premise of their show cause we felt we could totally relate to them. The cast started a contest in search of other entrepreneurs who were starting off to offer them a lending hand seeking nothing in return. Needless to say that troubletimes2 made it on the show and we are sooooo excited!!! Regardless, of the outcome we feel so blessed and happy to have met these guys and their team. They have offered us nothing but wonderful advice and for that we are eternally grateful.

We can't even believe that it hasn't been a year yet and already we see things little by little falling into place. Granted, at times we've experienced major frustration and upset but somehow we seem to keep pushing through and besides what's life without a little bit of drama right? I think that's what makes us so special. I truly believe that Ketty and I compliment each other in every way and the fact that we both are so ambitious and determined definitely helps us out tremendously. Cause without that hunger to succeed than everything we've been working so hard for would be pointless.

Sitting there and watching people of which we had never met before tell us how much they like our line made us realize that we do have something special and that we are on the right track. Only made us want to work that much harder. Since meeting with cast of Making Moves (Alex Hodora, Julian Jung and Vin Vomero), troubletimes2 is happy to announce that we had out first 2 offical orders placed last week. Laugh if you will but we plan on framing our first Dollar! To give us a constant reminder that nothing is impossible if we just we keep pushing forward and continue to believe in ourselves!. Troubletimes2 is "Making Moves!!"

If you haven't checked out the cast of Making Moves....what are you waiting for???

Behind the Scenes with Hooten Photography!!!

On September 4th Trouble Times 2 LLC had the honor of working with Hooten Photography! We can't even begin to explain how much fun we had with them. They are the cutest married couple ever!! Melba and Scott really compliment each other in every single way possible. It was another bright and early shoot! We had models at my house bright and early along with our dear friend and Makeup Artist Christina Menchero (very talented)! Unfortunately due to unforseen circumstances our hair stylists canceled 2 days before. However, no worries cause it was Ketty and myself to the rescue!!! We practiced on each other the day before watching tutorials and even helped style some of the girls hair the day of! And in all honesty, I think we did a hell of a job!! As you can see in some of the behind the scene pictures, we went for a different feel this time around. We made and designed a brand new collection of bathing suits. For this shoot we wanted to give it a vinatge feel to it (pin up like) yet modern, all at the same time. And of course, we think that we managed to accomplish it quite nicely if I do say so myself!! :p

The one thing I can say about the girls we work with again and again is the fact that they are so good to us. They show up on time and never complain about the heat or what's being asked of them to do. They just do it 100%. Mind you it was extremely hot that day and not once did one of them come up to us to complain. Melba and Scott, I don't know how they did it but man, they were non stop, so incredibly creative in every possible way. Ketty and I feel so blessed and honored to keep meeting such wonderful and talented people.

I believe models started arriving at my house at 7am and we didn't finish shooting till about 6pm. So talk about commitment! If these behind the scene pictures look amazing, I can only imagine the end product.

We had 4 wonderful models featured in this photoshoot. 2 of which have worked previously with us which are Naty Gonzalez. We had 2 newbies who were Ariel Lynn Brown and Carmen Molina. However, I promise you that judging by the way they posed and looked no one would ever know! You all were amazing! Look forward to working with you all again!

For now we leave you with some behind the scene images...enjoy!!

Don't forget to visit our blog often to get the latest on what's going on with us!

Miami Fashion Show on rooftop of Clevelander Hotel in South Beach!!

This past Friday Night we had a Fashion Show on top of the rooftop of the Clevelander Hotel and we don't mean to toot our own horn but ummm... toot toot! Usually we have at least a good 2 months to prepare for a show. Not this one! We had 6 days to get it together. From Model castings, down to having dress fittings the day of the show! It was nothing short of intense. However, along the way we continue to meet new and wonderful people. This time we had the honor of working with Mikaela, Ely, Lori, Alecia, Caitlin and Vanessa! We also met a new makeup artist named Richette. And of course Robert Rios was there taking wonderful pictures as always. While planning we thought things were going to be chaotic. I mean who in their right mind decides to put together a Fashion Show in 6 days?!?! And yet, somehow we managed to pull it off!!! Big Thanks to everyone who was a part of it!!

Fashion Photoshoot with Robert Rios!

Anyone that REALLY knows Ketty or myself will tell you from the get go that we are not morning people. For whatever the reason, we simply aren't. So when we were prepping for yesterday's photoshoot with photographer Robert Rios we were like dear God please help us be alert. All, I can say is that we had such a blast!! We've worked several times with Robert and he is so professional and such a cool down to earth person that he made getting up bright and early well worth it! It seems that everytime we work with him he only gets more creative!

During this shoot we also had the pleasure of working with new models. Caitlin Moody and Yuen Lee. Although, it was our first time working together these girls made it feel like we've known them forever. They were so incredibly fun to work with we don't have enough good things to say about each and everyone of them. Each brought something different to the table and we feel lucky and blessed to have made new friends.

Last but not least, we worked with Christina Menchero, the makeup artist for the day. She was also bright and early ready to do her thing. Making sure that the girls makeup looked fabulous and they did!

We leave you with a few behind the scene pictures taken with my blackberry. So, I apologize for the quality of the picture but I just had to share some cause we had so much fun!! Can't wait to see the end product!!!

Also, we have a lot of things that seem to be coming up so make sure you come back to visit our blog so you know what new fun and crazy projects we are up to next.

We have another shoot coming up soon, and it seems we might have several shows coming up as well, so stay tuned troublemakers!!!!
